Sadly after the “rogue crew” is published which I am waiting to read there will be no more “Redwall” books. Sadly the author, Brian Jaques, Died of a heart attack at the age of seventy one. I hope you’re resting in peace.

interesting poem here.

I am the Song

by Charles Causley.

I am the song that sings the bird.
I am the leaf that grows the land.
I am the tide that moves the moon.
I am the stream that halts the sand.
I am the cloud that drives the storm.
I am the earth that lights the sun.
I am the fire that strikes the stone.
I am the clay that shapes the hand.
I am the word that speaks the man.

taurnament

We had a tuarnament yesterday. I only had to fight one person. That would be one of my friends she beat me for first so I got second, last. But at least I could go to nationals since I placed.
But, boy, my throat still hurts. The first time she slammed me into the mat I screamed (you can hear me scream on the camra and that is hard to pick up)  That was the first time I cryed at a taurnament. not cause I lost cause it hurt, but then I got kinda got upset when I hurt her.
The second round I beat her. she had a pulled leg muscle I tweaked it. Then I talked to sencie and he told me that I couldn't feel bad about it. Accidents happen. he has broken arms and dislocaited shoulders. Supprisingly the girl who called my match ipon was the girl who hangs of my brother.
she beat me in the last fight. so I got second.
I got to hold a little baby yesterday too. she was soo cute. she is my fiend's neice. three months old. my friend was sitting next to me she started teasing me telling me that it would not be long until I had a kid (girl, I'm not even any were near old enough to get married. not een old enough really to have a BF so I don't say that is not long) and it would be a little boy. she was teasing me all day.  sad. good news and bad news.
good news is that the fourth book in the inheritance trilogy has been anounced. good news is my brothers freind cam over.
bad news is I told him I only watched happy feet because it had elijah wood (btw that movie was.....on a scale of on to five it would get a negative) in it. neeless to say he teased me.
bad news is I am very dissapointed that I did not make the girls team. whats worse is I don't think I'm going to win.
oh, I'll goi out there and try my hardest but there are three girls now who are better than me. I almost beat jay last time so I think I may be able to do it this time but there is taliah who I have never beat and one other girl who I only sometimes beat. Soooooo...
I got my hair cut today.

So I am working on this dress some more. :) it is coming along good. by story is comming along well. life is good. mostly. I had some trouble with science earlier.  so why do we do feet/second devided by 1/second? you end up with seconds squared. took me forever to get it. :D time, distance, speed, valocity.... yeah. :) life is good. BTW Mom had to help me with science

I am happy, my brother likes my story and says I write well!! I"m happy. ecstatic.  Although this morning he was siting in the recliner and asked, "So, do I really have to fight for that elf witch?" I told him I didn't think he would get that far. he didn't die he just didn't get that far. BTW,he didn't want to fight for the "elf witch" in my story. he was drafted. :)
well my prediction was right.lol it was kinda windy earlier.

mark twain

"Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

"The holy passion of Friendship is of so sweet and steady and loyal and enduring a nature that it will last through a whole lifetime, if not asked to lend money."

"It is better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt."

"When in doubt, tell the truth."

"Always do right. That will gratify some of the people, and astonish the rest."

"Of all the animals, man is the only one that is cruel. He is the only one that inflicts pain for the pleasure of doing it."

"The man who does not read good books has no advantage over the man who can't read them."
it is Windy today and I predict it will be windy tomorrow. I"m glad we had a few days of nice weather.though I think I still would like to head to the shire for the summer. :)
oooh if you guys ever get the chance I would like to recommend a book called citizen of the galaxy by Robert Heinlein.
as you can probably tell by the title it is a science fiction, so if you don't have any qualms about si-fi it's a good read.
it starts with a young boy, a slave, at an auction. he is bought by an old beggar, who turns out not to really be a beggar but a spy. anyway he is given and education and finally set free but he doesn't know who he is because he doesn't have any ID soooo..... his adventures finding out who he is and what comes of it. :)
I was surprised. most of the science fiction I read is star wars. I don't read ci fi that much.
As far as I have read any book by tedd dekker is worth thinking about reading. the lost books series is very good, although I cannot honestly recommend the last two in the six book series. it could be quite confusing for younger kinds.
the circle series which accompanies it is really good but geared more towards teens as some of it may be inappropriate for much younger kids.
Blink of an eye could be considered a historical fiction or just fiction. A Saudi princess escapes to the U.S and teams up with a high IQ, clairvoyant, collage dude. awesome read. it deals with weather or not God is read on the basis of his knowing what future is going to happen but being able to chose what future actually takes place, and underlying theme is that prayer can change the future.
Also the difference between Islam and Christianity, and the treatment of women. I'll say good for all ages. :)
Raising Dragons by Brian Davis what good but not necessarily phenomenal. (want phenomenal? read LOTR)
see ya guys around don't forget to comment or sighn the guest book!!!
